• Products must be at least 50% full to qualify for refund
• Original packaging is not required, but preferred
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@amberatelie.pl with photos of the damage. We'll send you a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund.

Important: Please report damaged products within 7 days of delivery for fastest resolution.

Exchanges

We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product variant, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order for the product you prefer.

Shipping Costs

• Damaged/Defective Products: Return shipping is completely free - we cover all costs

Non-Returnable Items
