We ship your amberatelie products with care to ensure they arrive fresh and ready to nourish your skin. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

Standard Shipping

  • Cost: $5.95 flat rate
  • Delivery Time: 5-7 business days
  • Carrier: USPS First Class / Priority Mail
  • Tracking: Provided via email

Expedited Shipping

  • Cost: $12.95 flat rate
  • Delivery Time: 2-3 business days
  • Carrier: USPS Priority Mail Express
  • Tracking: Real-time updates

FREE Shipping

Orders over $75 qualify for FREE standard shipping within the USA! 🎉

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. Rates and delivery times vary by location:

  • Canada: $15.95 | 7-14 business days
  • Europe (UK, EU): $22.95 | 10-21 business days
  • Australia/NZ: $25.95 | 12-25 business days

Important: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

Processing Time

  • Standard Orders: 1-2 business days to process and ship
  • Pre-Orders: Ship within 7-14 days (estimated date shown at checkout)
  • Holiday Periods: May take 2-4 business days during peak seasons

Order Cutoff: Orders placed before 2 PM EST ship same day (Monday-Friday). Weekend orders ship on Monday.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive:

  • Email confirmation with tracking number
  • Direct link to track your package
  • Delivery updates (if opted-in)

Shipping Restrictions

We currently cannot ship to:

  • PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses (for expedited shipping only)
  • Countries with import restrictions on skincare products

If you're unsure about shipping to your location, contact us before placing your order.

Temperature Protection

Our tallow balms are stable at room temperature, but we take extra care during extreme weather:

  • Summer: We include ice packs for orders shipping to hot climates (free)
  • Winter: Standard packaging is sufficient - tallow is cold-stable
  • Products may soften in heat but quality is not affected

Tip: If your balm arrives soft, simply refrigerate for 30 minutes to restore texture.

Delivery Issues

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management
  2. Look around delivery area (porch, garage, mailroom)
  3. Wait 24 hours (sometimes marked delivered early)
  4. Contact us - we'll file a claim and send a replacement

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Take photos of the packaging and damaged product
  • Email us at support@amberatelie.pl within 7 days
  • We'll send a replacement at no cost

Wrong Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before checkout. Once shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. If you need to update your address, email us immediately - we'll do our best to intercept the package.

Multiple Orders

Multiple orders placed separately will ship separately. To save on shipping, place all items in a single order. If you've already placed multiple orders, contact us within 24 hours - we may be able to combine them.
